Wallpaper ordered at different times may not be an exact color match due to normal manufacturing and printing variations. Customers should order the full quantity needed for a project at one time whenever possible.

Due to the nature of digital wallpaper printing, all printed materials are subject to natural variation. A variance of up to 5% may occur in color, saturation, finish, or overall print appearance. These variations are considered normal within the printing industry and are not deemed defects.

Decor Print is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect files, incorrect artwork, incorrect design names, incorrect dimensions, incorrect panel layouts, scaling instructions, or other print instructions submitted by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and confirm that all files, design names, panel dimensions, specifications, scaling, repeat information, and order details are accurate before production begins.

Decor Print is also not responsible for reprints, refunds, or replacements related to the inherent characteristics of wallpaper materials and the digital printing process, including but not limited to slight color variation between print runs, minor texture differences, finish variations, substrate characteristics, panel-to-panel variation within industry tolerances, or other natural manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the intended performance or installation of the product.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all wallpaper prior to installation. Installation of any wallpaper constitutes acceptance of the product as received. Decor Print is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, or consequential damages resulting from wallpaper that has been installed.
